Brookfield Celebrates 75 Years!

To our customers,

This year (2009) is the 75th year that Brookfield has been in business. By any measure we have been and are successful in what we do, which is to supply high value instrumentation and service to our customers.

But it is a mistake to laud ourselves for our success to date. It is more important to realize what factors allowed Brookfield to grow and thrive for the last 75 years, and to make certain that we continue the programs and attitudes and principles that have given Brookfield such an enviable position throughout industry and the world. Offering products that customers need at the level of quality they expect, developing new products and accessories based on customer feedback and market requirements, and continuously improving our after sales support through superior service and training, all with an attitude of low cost and high value to our customers.

We recognize that it is our customers who have made Brookfield successful, and continued success depends solely on protecting and expanding our customer's satisfaction with Brookfield. In 2008 we acquired a company whose products we have been selling for 10 years, thereby allowing us to provide faster response and better service for our successful RS Rheometer product line. We are expanding into other fields, such as texture, with products that provide high performance at very competitive pricing. We continue to develop and improve our existing product line to meet the needs that arise from the modern industrial environment.

It is our hope, our expectation, that by continuing to do these things, which historically have allowed Brookfield to grow and to gain our reputation as a top tier supplier, we will be able to proudly announce our 100th year and beyond with the same satisfaction and commitment as we now recognize our 75th anniversary.
