Brookfield Engineering

Brookfield is running two comprehensive one-day seminars in May, the first on rheology and methodology; the second on texture analysis.

Our Rheology and Methodology Seminar is a practical course for laboratory viscometer operators designed to help you get the most out of your viscosity measurements whilst our Texture Seminar is designed to introduce and discuss the core principles of texture analysis and its practical application within the food and non-food industry.

Rheology & Methodology Seminar

Each May, Brookfield holds our one-day Rheology and Methodology Seminar in Coventry. This annual event is primarily aimed at R&D personnel, scientists and QC technicians. It is specifically designed to develop our user’s understanding of viscosity terms, rheological properties, test procedures and the Brookfield method of viscosity measurement. In addition, there is instruction on the proper use and care of Brookfield laboratory Viscometers and related accessories.

All our speakers have many years of experience and are available for discussion and practical advice throughout the day.

All delegates will receive comprehensive course manuals for future reference and guidance plus a certificate of training.

Brookfield Texture Seminar

This single day course is designed to introduce and discuss the core principles of texture analysis and its practical application within the food and non-food industry. The seminar is also intended to sow the seed and capture the imagination of all attendees and illustrate some of the practical benefits that texture analysis can bring to your testing environment.

Benefits of actual practical examples are discussed in relation to typical industrial environments from research and development through to factory production. In addition, the seminar will provide product focus highlighting the potential area within the manufacturing process of a range of food and non-food products.

All delegates will receive comprehensive course manuals for future reference and guidance plus a certificate of training.
