The brand new bottle transport system of the Vapor Pro® XL has been completely redesigned to optimize performance, versatility and durability.

Redesigned Bottle Transport


Where the old system used a pneumatic cylinder to move the bottle transport, the new system utilizes a stepper motor drive, which is more durable, making the system as a whole more rugged and reliable.

Sample Vial Adapters


Two vial adapters let you adjust the size of sample bottle that can be used in the instrument. In addition to AZI’s standard 25 mL reusable sample vial, the oven accommodates most crimp-top vials from 2R to 60R.

Removable Oven Insert


Remove the oven insert to accommodate larger diameter vials, such as those used for veterinary medicine. This is especially important for hygroscopic samples such as lyophilized pharmaceuticals, which can gain moisture quickly when exposed to ambient humidity.
