New ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation
AMETEK Brookfield is excited to announce that we have received ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and are now able to provide 17025 calibrations on select DV instruments. This international standard requirement for testing and calibration laboratories enables Brookfield to demonstrate additional expertise in producing valid and reliable results, building trust among users worldwide. Customers from highly regulated industries, such as food and pharmaceuticals, have expressed interest in Brookfield providing this service directly.
Instruments Eligible for 17025 Calibration
The following instruments can now receive a 17025 calibration for an additional charge:

- DV2T Viscometer
- DVNext Rheometer
- DVNext Cone & Plate Rheometer
New DV instruments can receive a 17025 calibration by adding part number ‘17025’ to the order along with the instrument itself. One calibration must be added per instrument you wish to be calibrated to these requirements. Additionally, we can offer 17025 calibrations on existing DV instruments (approved models only) as part of our annual calibration and repair service.
Service Availability
We are currently only offering 17025 calibrations out of the Middleboro facility. However, we may consider expanding to additional locations or remote service in the future if customer demand justifies doing so.
